Contact Details

I am always pleased to hear from my website visitors so feel free to get in touch if you have any comments or suggestions about Cybia and/or the products featured here.

Due to the ever-increasing spam I have now removed the direct text link to my e-mail here, so you will have to MANUALLY type the following address in your e-mail client to contact me. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Please read all the FAQ's on this website before asking any questions regarding product installation and use. Many of the most common answers can be found there!

Important Note : Due to the high rate of virus attachments that I receive each week in my e-mails, any unsolicited messages that contain attachments will be automatically deleted from the server before reaching my inbox.

So please do NOT send me any images or file attachments to view in your e-mails as they will be deleted! If you wish to show me anything in particular then it is best to send me the URL in your message where I can view the info/images online. Please keep your e-mails in plain text format if possible. Thank you for your time and understanding.

VIRUS WARNING! : Due to the nature of virus e-mail attachments, many times they will appear to have been sent by a known contact. Don't be fooled! If you receive a message containing an attachment and the "sender" is in the form of an e-mail address and not a full name then that is a sign it's a possible virus.

This form of virus tries to fool you into thinking that it has been sent from someone you may recognise by using known e-mail addresses that it "harvests" from infected computers and often via spam lists and other methods.

I have noticed that sometimes my e-mail and variations of the Cybia domain have been used in his way. But I assure you that they have NOT been sent by me!

I never send out unsolicited e-mails to anyone, especially containing attachments, so if you ever receive any messages that are labelled from my e-mail address or variations of this domain then please delete them without opening.

These "spoofed" mail addresses are becoming more and more popular now so it is no longer such a good idea to bounce back messages to the sender ... as this will only result in the innocent domain owners being flooded with replies to mails that they never sent in the first place! So please just delete such messages instead of bouncing.

I strongly recommend that you keep all your security software (firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware) upto date. You can't be too careful these days!
